RETURN POLICY

 

 

To return any items that are received in an unsatisfactory or damaged state, please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number before the item is sent back to us. Any returned item must be sent back unused, without damage, and in original packaging within 14 days of the purchase. Additional shipping charges are non-refundable and MUST be paid for by the buyer. These items may be returned via U.S. Mail or through UPS.

 

If the merchandise has been used we will not allow this item to be returned. All “new condition” merchandise being returned is subject to a 10% handling/restocking fee. All returns MUST be accompanied with a receipt. Any special order items will NOT be open for return. Once the returned merchandise is inspected, a refund will be available via the initial payment method. Also, any item for warranty or repair must be sent back to WR Case.
